The annual Ashintosh May Ball Raffle has stepped up in 2012 with over $3500 in prizes. The nine prize groupings include dinners, shows, clothes, gym memberships, lasertags, UQMS Golden Tickets... The Raffle aims to raise funds for the Ashintosh Foundation, whose initiatives include the Teddy Bear Hospital. Tickets will be available from the UQMS office, as well as between first year PBLs at St Lucia next Monday; second year PBLS at Herston tomorrow and next Tuesday; and on the night of May Ball. From the classic sophistication of iconic beauties and heart-throbs, to the contemporary fashion of modern day movie-stars, Hollywood has been, and will always be, the epitome of style. In 2012, we want you to show off your Hollywood glamour. Ladies, step out in your best red carpet dress, and gentlemen, dust off that three piece suit. Strike a pose for the biggest social event of the UQ med calendar. Where: Hillstone, St. Lucia
When: 6.30pm - 11pm, Saturday 12th of May
Cost: Members: $112, Non-members: $130

Notes on Purchasing:
1) Please provide full name, contact phone and email of the purchaser
2) Numbers of tickets must be selected before one can enter ticket holder details
3) Please provide the full (first and last) name of each intended ticket holder
4) For each member ticket purchased please provide the individual UQMS keyring number of that member
5) All transactions attract a 2.18% fee which is calculated in the
form and automatically added to the cost of the tickets you purchase.
6) The UQMS will notify via uqms.org, when tickets are available. Tickets will be available for pick-up at the UQMS office for
speedy entry on the night, or they may be collected at the venue
7) May Ball has a strict no ticket, no entry policy. Should you lose your ticket, you will be required to purchase another one.
