Nomination and Proxy voting forms are used at General Meetings of the Society in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Society.
If you are a Full Financial Member of the Society and cannot attend a UQMS General Meeting but would like to participate in the running of the Society, download the proxy form below. Note that while nominations can be made in person at a General Meeting rather than by Nomination Form, proxy forms must indicate how a proxy is to vote, and thus cannot be accepted for those nominations (or other proposals) made at the Meeting itself.
NB: nomination and proxy forms must be returned to the Herston Office to be officially validated.
